• Arbor Enhanced Living: +$1,100/Month
• Arbor Comprehensive Living: +$1,300
• Arbor Hedges Living: all-inclusive (same rate as memory care)
• Evergreen Memory Care: all-inclusive

OTHER CHARGES:

• Second Related Resident: +$1,800/Month
  (plus Care Level Fee)
• Respite Care (Temporary Stay): Starting at $195/Day
• Community Fee: $1,800 one time fee

OTHER CARE OPTIONS:
(in addition to care fees)

• Medication Management: +$400Month (for Arbor Living only, included for others)
• Diabetic Management: +$250/Month (to include daily Accu-checks and insulin management

OTHER SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES:

• Personal Laundry Service: +$75/Month (for Arbor Living only, included for others)
• Companion for Appointments: $40/Hour
  (for residents requiring an Arbor Terrace staff member to accompany them on appointments)
